At Fab Homes Uganda, our vision is to create a transformational impact on the lives of Ugandans by envisioning a future where every individual can experience the joys of living in an organized and well-planned estate. We believe that the environment we reside in plays a pivotal role in shaping our overall well-being and quality of life.

Our Mission

Our mission is rooted in a commitment to fostering thriving communities across Uganda. We are driven by the belief that well-organized estates not only enhance the physical infrastructure but also contribute to stronger social bonds, increased safety, and improved access to essential services. Based on this, we realized many Ugandans were having challenges not only to acquire land, but also live in well planned communities. Understanding this predicament, we pioneered the Fabulous Homes Land Saving Scheme. The Land Saving Scheme brings together like-minded individuals who share the dream of owning land but also want to live in well planned communities with designated places like commercial plots for shops, supermarkets, clinics and the like, residential plots for flats and bungalows which not only enhance the physical infrastructure. The land saving scheme runs for a period of 12 months where customers make daily, weekly and monthly savings on our bank accounts and other payment platforms like mobile money. These collective contributions enable us to purchase sizable chunks of land, once the land is acquired, it's sub-divided into small plots, and each customer who saved is given a plot.

Milestones

Inception of the Land Saving Scheme (2019): • Achievement: Initiated the Land Saving Scheme in 2019. • Importance: Marks the beginning of the groundbreaking initiative aimed at transforming property ownership in Uganda. Utilizing Tech and Social Media to Impact Lives: • "Fabulous Beautiful Homes" as we are commonly known on Facebook has used its online presence to greatly address the challenges in the construction, process. • The Facebook group has connected aspiring homeowners with industry professionals. • The group rapidly grew to over 440,000 members, leading to an annual Fabulous Festival where experts physically interact with potential customers. Recognition of Challenges in Property Ownership: • Achievement: Recognized the challenges faced by many Ugandans in acquiring land individually. • Importance: Demonstrates a proactive approach to addressing common obstacles in property ownership. Visionary Journey for Inclusive Property Ownership: • Achievement: Embarked on a visionary journey to make property ownership a reality for all.
